What we need from Bridge Clubs

1. Please fill out and fax or return the enclosed form to us ASAP.

2. You will receive a kit in the mail with a poster for your bulletin board and brochures about MS to be circulated at the club.

3. Please list the game as a Local Charity game on your monthly sheet.
   

4. Each participant will donate $1.50. Return your check made payable to the NATIONAL MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS SOCIETY in the self addressed envelope.

5. Please let us know your N/S and E/W winners.
